Stop rolling - start pushing!
Are you looking for an affordable and accessible tool for self-massage?
Would you like to learn a method that promotes relaxation and stress relief?
A method that not only improves your flexibility and range of motion but also can improve your posture?
Maybe you have used a foam roller before and noticed that all these benefits did not happen as the marketing promised.
This is because the foam roller does not lead to what is called a "fascial release".
What the foam roller does
A foam roller does not really “release” anything.
Robert Schleip, world-renowned fascia researcher, once said that the “main effect” of the foam roller (or fascia roller) is the so-called “sponge effect”.
The sponge effect is the process by which pressure on the muscle with a fascia roll pushes the old lymph fluid out of the cells, so that, when pressure is released, new fluid can come in.
This effect is similar to that of a sponge when you squeeze it out, and it can then soak up clean water again.
I would claim that what Schleip calls the “main effect” is actually the only meaningful effect of the fascia roll. Schleip was just too polite to say so.
Often, not even the “sponge effect” can happen because the pressure on the respective part of the body is not high enough.
At the same time, you typically have to tense up and make a lot of effort to get the fascia roll into the right place.
Which is contrary to what you want to achieve: relaxation.
This is the reason the exercise most frequently shown in marketing is the one where someone rolls over the lateral thigh. Because with this exercise, you can exert enough pressure to at least achieve the sponge effect.
All foam roller exercises are an attempt to transfer an original fascia therapy technique to the fascia roll.
What the foam roller should do but can't
The only problem is that the effect is not the same because the original techniques virtually plough through the tissue.
The arm, for example, is deep in the tissue and pushes tissue like a wave, keeping the depth while a foam roller simply rolls over it.
The invention of the fascia roll fulfils the customer's need to treat themselves without having to keep going to the therapist. However, quality falls by the wayside.
And how could it be any different with a tool made of plastic that can be bought for 4 bucks in China?
What you will learn
In this course, you will learn the original techniques that the foam roller inventors and therapists want to keep from you.
Which boggles my mind because the basic technique is so simple that anyone can learn it in minutes.
Given the right instructions,
I regularly teach these techniques to my clients so that they don't have to keep coming to my practice.
The clients bring friends, spouse, or relatives with them and I show them the techniques while they film them. Then they perform the technique themselves once and that's it. They can then perform the techniques at home.
This is actually the only disadvantage of this method: you need a partner with whom you can perform the individual techniques.
In return, however, you get the effect that you would like to have with the fascia roll, but don't get:
- A method you can use for the rest of your life
- Actually learn to release fascia
- A method for relaxation and stress relieve
- Injury prevention
- Improve flexibility and range of motion instantly
- Move more easily and with less effort.
- Yes, and even improve posture
The techniques in this course are so effective that you don't have to use them daily - once a week or every 4 weeks even is enough.
What's in the course?
The course contains 11 most frequently used foam roller exercises and their respective original fascia therapy technique.
Each technique is explained in detail and shown in a video.
In addition, I've added 3 bonus techniques that are impossible to perform with a foam roller:
- Lengthening the belly
- Improving neck mobility
- Releasing the psoas
The price for this course is the same as for a standard foam roller—depending on the model, even cheaper.
If you've already bought a foam roller, you'd be stupid to not get this course and learn the real techniques.
If you have not already bought one, then be clever and start with the real deal instead of a lukewarm and non-effective copy.
